We are not pretending this is a restaurant on your couch. It is honest weeknight cooking, cooked properly, chilled fast and delivered so it still tastes like food when you heat it up.

Overview

Real cooking, chilled properly

The difference between good meal delivery and bad is almost never the recipe. It is how quickly the food gets chilled and how honestly it is portioned.

Every dish is blast-chilled within forty minutes of coming off the stove. That is the window where flavour holds and texture does not collapse, and it is the single reason our meals reheat without turning into mush.

Portions are honest. If a dish is meant to be a lighter lunch, we say so on the label and price it accordingly. Nobody wants a tray of rice pretending to be a dinner.

Weekly rotating menu

The menu turns over every Monday. Nothing repeats within a month, so you are not eating the same three dinners on a loop.

Portion honesty

Every meal is labelled with its actual weight and a plain description, so you can pick light, medium or generous without guessing.

Reheat instructions that work

Each label carries the exact time and method we tested in the kitchen, not a generic microwave suggestion.

Flexible plan control

Skip a week, pause for a holiday or switch portion sizes up to 48 hours before your delivery window.

Our Experience

Six years of cooking for Melbourne kitchens

Running a delivery kitchen is a different craft from running a restaurant, and it took us a while to learn it. Restaurants cook to order. We cook to a chill curve, and every process here exists because something went wrong once.

Blast-chill discipline

We track chill times on every batch and reject any tray that misses its window. It is the least glamorous and most important thing we do.

Small-batch cooking

We cook in batches sized to a single delivery day, so nothing sits in a cool room for a week losing texture.

Sourcing from Victorian growers

Produce comes from growers around the Yarra Valley and the market. When something is out of season we swap it out and label the change.

Delivery tracking that is honest

You get a real delivery window, and if the driver is running late you hear about it before you start wondering where the box is.

We tested the same curry chilled at twenty minutes versus two hours. The difference was not subtle, and it changed how we run the whole kitchen.

Talk to a real person
Delivery questions go to the same team who pack your box.
1

Pick your plan

Choose portion size, meals per week and delivery day. You can change any of it later without calling anyone.

2

Menu preview each Thursday

The following week's menu lands in your inbox on Thursday, and you can swap up to two meals before the cut-off on Friday midnight.

3

Cooked the same week

Cooking starts Monday for that week's orders. Nothing is cooked weeks ahead and frozen to cover a schedule.

4

Blast-chilled and labelled

Each tray is chilled within forty minutes, labelled with weight, reheating instructions and a best-before date, then stored at 3°C until dispatch.

5

Delivered to your door

Boxes travel in insulated liners with ice packs and arrive inside a two-hour window you choose. Missing a delivery is not a disaster — the liner holds temperature for six hours.

6

Your feedback shapes the next menu

Every box includes a single-question rating card. Any dish scoring below four out of five is reworked or dropped before the next rotation.

FAQ

Straight answers before you order

The practical stuff people ask us before their first delivery.

Four days from delivery for most dishes, six for anything with a longer shelf life like stews and soups. Every label carries its own date so you never have to remember.

Yes. Select the dietary option when you sign up and we filter your menu automatically, so meals containing your trigger ingredient never appear as an option.

The box is insulated and holds temperature for six hours. Leave a cooler bag at your door and the driver will transfer the meals into it and photograph the drop.

You can pause for up to eight consecutive weeks and keep your current pricing and delivery slot. After eight weeks we release the slot to another customer.

The trays and sleeves are kerbside recyclable in most Victorian councils. The ice packs can be reused or returned with your next delivery for us to refreeze.
