Acceptance of these terms
By booking a Bonusmantle catering event, subscribing to a meal plan or placing an order through bonusmantle.site, you agree to the terms set out on this page. If you are booking on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.
Bookings and confirmation
A catering enquiry is not a confirmed booking until we have issued a written confirmation and, where applicable, received the agreed deposit. Verbal estimates given over the phone or by email are indicative only and may change once we have inspected the venue.
- Deposits are calculated as a percentage of the total quoted value and are confirmed in writing
- Guest numbers must be finalised at least ten days before the event date
- Changes to the venue or service time may require a revised quote
Meal plan subscriptions
Weekly meal plans run without a fixed contract. You may pause, skip or cancel a delivery up to forty-eight hours before your scheduled window. Cancellations made after that point are charged in full because the food has already been prepared and packed.
Pricing is reviewed periodically. Existing subscribers are given at least fourteen days notice by email before any price change takes effect on their plan.
Payment
Payment for meal plans is taken weekly in advance through our payment provider. Catering invoices are payable within fourteen days of issue unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. Late payments may incur an administration fee, which we will always state clearly before applying it.
Liability
We take food safety seriously and maintain appropriate insurance cover. To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that consumers hold under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between us will be handled by the courts of that state.
